LOADING PROBLEMS?

▶ The game won’t load and I can’t get into the game.


*Take5 is optimized for Google Chrome.

If you’re not using it, please install the latest version before proceeding following steps.
☞  Install Chrome



Step #1. Site setting on Google Chrome. (Flash setting)


1. Check the right end of the address bar, click the icon below and click “Manage” button.





2. Switch to “Ask first” from “Block sites from running Flash (recommended)”.





*If you don't see the flash icon on the end of the address bar, you can customize the Flash setting of your chrome browser by following few steps below.


- Click settings.




- Scroll down > Click "Advanced" > Click "Site Settings"




- Scroll down > Click “Flash"




2. Switch to “Ask first” from “Block sites from running Flash (recommended)”.





Step #2. Go back to the game and enable Flash


- Click “ENABLE NOW“ 




- Click “Allow“
